Returns and Refunds:
We are sure you will love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we are happy to help.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused condition.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days (keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post a refund).
Exceptions:
- Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns once they have been sold.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Additional Information:
Restocking Fee:
- A 50% restocking fee may be charged for non-defective or damaged returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the return.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
