Shipping
Every order ships from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders leave the next business day.
Shipping is a flat A$14.95 per order with tracking, and free on orders over A$200. We currently ship within Australia only.
Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address or cancel. We can usually help until the order has been dispatched. Once a parcel is with the carrier we are unable to redirect it.
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Faulty or damaged items are covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it, or refund you in full, including any postage.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
Use the contact page and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions within one business day.
