About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made through StyleThread Co.. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown before payment. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Promotion codes apply to the order in which they are used and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure the address is complete and correct.

Reviews and content
Reviews you post must be your honest opinion, must not contain links, abusive language or personal information about others, and may be removed if they do. You grant us a licence to display your review on the store.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
